Hi I'm Madison Reardon, I am nine and I have two pet rats, they may sound unusual as pets, but they are warm and friendly. One is white with red eyes so his name is Redeye. The other is grey with black eyes, first I called him Jumperoo because he jumps so high and then Runeroo because runs fast. So I put the names together and his name is Roo. I love them just like they love me. Here you see a picture of me being silly with them by putting stamps on my face.

Hello my name is Brielle Pereira. I am nine years old. This is my snake Vanilla. She's 13 feet and 7 inches long. When I got Vanilla I was four years old.
Vanilla is an Albino Burmese python. Even though she's big she's very easy going and lets my friends pet and touch her. Vanilla has a very unusual personality. The only time she's grumpy is when she sheds. She turns a pale white when she sheds. Her eyes get glassy and her eyesight is poor.
Vanilla likes to go in the bathtub when we clean her cage. When we finish she slithers back into her cage. Vanilla weighs about 200 lb. and has been on TV twice with Warren Ekstein.
Vanilla eats every 1-2 weeks. I know she's not a usual pet for a home, but to our family she is just like owning any other pet.
